  This is not the first or second time this location has flat out lied in an attempt to force their way into the middle of a Physician/Patient relationship. The Pharmacist has instructed her staff to repeat the lies. I hired an attorney last year to find out that there is no law prohibiting them from dispensing pain medications early when the Doctor has allowed it. First they tried to say it was a Federal law, then a State Law and when confronted with the truth, they finally admit to it being a company policy. Which is fine is that's the policy that Rite Aid wishes to have; but don't lie in an attempt to push me into accepting your policies.
