Not kidding about the latter part of that either. Last month I asked for a specific type of wine and instead of getting off the phone and helping he pointed to where the wine was, after I looked he got frustrated and walked over (while still on the phone) asked me again what wine I was looking for, he looked for a split second and said they don't carry it. When I was about to walk out I spotted it and grabbed it. This place is horrible, the location is horrible and the staff is horrible.
